175 g cake flour
175 g butter
175 g granulated sugar
175 g ground almonds
1 tbsb rose water
3 eggs
5 ribe figs
Flaked almonds
Preparation:
Put the flour,butter,sugar,almond powder,rose water and eggs into a deep bowl and well.
Pour into small greased cake molds.
Thinly slice the figs and place into the cake molds,pressing gently.
Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes or so.
Serve warm.

PISTACHIO KADAYIF
Ingredients
400 g shredded kadayıf (shredded dough)
100 g butter
25 g whole pistachios
For the syrup
300 ml water
300 g granulated sugar
Preparation
Melt the butter.put the kadayıf and melted butter in a deep bowl and mix well.Spread inside a small, greased raund mold,pressing down with your hands.Sprinkle the pistachios to cover the top completely.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
For the syrup,boil the water and sugar in a saucepan .Pour the hot syrup over the hot pudding.
Let stand for half an hour.
Slice and serve.
